FAQ’s

Will My Vehicle remain on the same truck?

Yes. Your vehicle will stay on same truck with the same driver for the duration of the trip. Unless something unforeseen happens to the original truck or driver. Example: a mechanical breakdown or illness.

How far in advance do I have to schedule the transport of my vehicle?

You should schedule your move as soon as possible to ensure the timing meets your needs.

If you are a snowbird, as soon as you know your dates, contact us to reserve your space and you will have your dates locked in. This way you can relax and know your auto transport is in place when you need it.

Is my vehicle insured during transport?

Yes. We are fully insured with 1,000,000.00 cargo coverage.  If more is needed please contact us via email at info@jtmotorsportsinc.com or call 561-436-5164 we can accommodate your needs.

Do you require a deposit?

No. A deposit is never required or accepted. We only receive payment at time of Delivery or pick up.  Depending on what is best for you.

What type of payment do you accept?

Cash, check, certified funds or money orders.

My vehicle does not run – are you still able to transport it?

Yes. We can still transport your vehicle providing that the vehicle steers, rolls and can be winched in a straight line. Please let us know if the vehicle is inoperable when you request an auto shipping quote and/or placing an order.  There will be an additional fee for this service.  If damage occurs during the loading or unloading process this is not transport damage and therefore nonoperational vehicles are shipped at the owner’s risk.

My vehicle is very low and has special modifications. Can you ship this kind of car?

Yes. JTM uses enclosed hydraulic lift gate trailers which are specially designed to transport very low vehicles. We do not ramp load which can cause damage to the undercarriage and spoilers. Please advise us at the time of booking of any special requirements. Thank you

Do I Have to Be Present When You Pick up Or Deliver My Vehicle?

Yes. You or your designated representative (at least 18 years old) must be present at both the pickup and delivery.  We ask that you please supply us with the proper contact information for both the Pick up and Delivery points.
